We are based in Youngstown, Ohio. Our company is 100% Made in America, Made in Ohio. We can travel for meetings, if absolutely necessary, within a 50 mile radius. Time and travel expenses may apply.
What is your hourly rate?
Our rates vary depending on the scope, complexity, and timeline of your project. We believe in fair, transparent pricing. Rather than publishing a one-size-fits-all number, we provide a detailed estimate before any work begins, with no surprises.
We offer flat-fee packages for common project types (see our Design Shoppe), and hourly billing for custom or ongoing work. Long-term clients receive preferred rates as a thank-you for their continued trust.

What is your turnaround time?
Our turn around time fits within industry standards and depends on a number of factors. If all goes well, we’ll have your project completed relatively quickly. To ensure the fastest completion time, please ensure that you respond to any emails, requests or needed authorizations in a timely fashion.
Can I hire you on a temporary or long term basis?
Of course! The vast majority of my clientele have been long term clients. I am happy to work a set number of hours per week or month exclusively with you or your company. Long term clients receive priority support and scheduling. Best of all, as a contractor, I take care of all the boring tax stuff. All work is done on a 1099 basis. Additionally I will not exceed a commitment of 50 hours per week for all clients combined, ensuring I am able to properly focus on your work. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Do you work Pro Bono?
Yes, we can take on a limited amount of Pro-bono work, depending on some circumstances. In addition, we are happy to provide a deep discount on our hourly rate to most non-profits or philanthropical organizations. What are your ethics?
No offshoring, ever. We will never hire a person or company to subcontract any web design, graphic design or virtual assistance work outside of the USA.
We will not use gig type websites to hire help.
We always try to hire and source locally.
We will NEVER hire someone outside of the United States. While we very rarely must work with the developers of certain software/plugins/hosting, we always try to work with companies or software developers within the US when possible, if there is a comparable service or product.
We never pay subcontractors less than $22 per hour.
We are happy to work with anyone, anywhere, but, we will not work on projects which are pornographic, illegal, that contain or promote hate speech, or are predatory or suspicious (like scams, pyramid schemes, etc).
We provide pro-bono and discount services for charitable organizations.
We always do our best to address any client concerns, whatever they may be.
How long do your discounts & promotions last?
For flat fee packages, any discounts cover the entire commissioned project. For hourly billing or invoiced projects, introductory discount terms vary by arrangement and will be clearly outlined in your project estimate or offer description. Long-term clients receive ongoing preferred rates as a thank-you for their continued partnership. If you have any questions about this, please contact us.
How Do We Get Started?
Contact us for a free consultation and estimate. Once you have approved our ideas or project plan, we will ask for a deposit. This deposit is 25-50% of the initial project, depending on length and may be 100% for small projects under 15 hours. If you’d like us to work with you on a long term basis, this deposit will equal roughly the estimate equivalent of one biweekly invoice. Your deposit is non-refundable but should you change your mind about the project, it can be transferred into “credit” for the first six months after payment. Then, it can be used for any of our services you might need. After the deposit has been received we will begin work on the project. From then on it depends on the type of work we are doing and will be explained to you in the consultation process.
