We want you to be completely satisfied with your design services. However, due to the nature of our work, which involves custom design and development, our refund policy differs depending on the type of service you purchase.
Flat Fee Packages:
Full Refunds: We offer full refunds for flat fee packages only if the project has not yet begun and you have not yet approved the initial project plan. This must be requested BEFORE project work commences. There is a window of 7 days after purchase (during the initial consultation and planning phase) that you may request a full refund, no questions asked. Return time will be lowered in the event that project plans are approved sooner. Refunds require up to 7 days to process.
Partial Refunds: Once the project has begun and you have approved the initial project plan, we are unable to offer full refunds. However, we may be able to offer you a partial refund or store credit at our discretion, depending on how far into the development process we are. This will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
No Refunds: Once the project is completed and delivered, we are unable to offer any refunds.
Hourly Clients:
No Refunds: Due to the nature of contract labor, we are unable to offer refunds for any hourly design work.

This policy ensures that we are able to compensate our designers for their time and effort, while still providing clients with the opportunity to request changes or adjustments during the design process.
