Our  custom e-commerce web design package will cover the needs of the majority of small business retailers.  It provides a fully custom e-commerce website which includes customized theme design, e-commerce software (WooCommerce), content management system (WordPress), up to 30 products created and setup, instructions on how to add more products yourself, payment processor setup, shipping setup, testing, up to ten pages of content (including a customizable Contact Us page [with contact form, business SCHEMA, Google map & Click to call telephone number] and a Blog), social media links, SEO, multiple security features, Google Schema business and product information and a final file package which includes all your files as well a backup file of your entire website which you can install onto any WordPress compatible server (it’s totally portable).  It’s also mobile friendly and compatible across all devices.

We utilize the latest software and test for plugin cross-compatibility to ensure your site will function for as long as possible.  All sites are guaranteed to work with all included plugins and WordPress core updates for at least two years (and if something breaks due to an update, we’ll fix it for free).

Included in price:

• Design preference consultations.
• Logo design, if needed.
• A customized WordPress theme, designed just for you.
• Installation and setup of WooCommerce (Industry standard e-commerce software)
• Creation of 1-40 products, along with instructions on how to create more (as many as you want).  For products with multiple variations, each variation will count as a unique product for each similar product (only for the first product type setup). Please contact us first if you have a complex product or shipping scenario.
• Up to 40 product photos edited and optimized in webp format with SEO ALT text.
• Payment processor setup (We recommend Stripe but can work with many other processors).
• Tax, basic shipping charges and any other base cart settings needed.
• Unique SKU’s can be applied or assigned for each product and variation.  Please notify us of SKU use before project starts.
• Flat rate, basic table rate shipping, or shipping carrier integration.  Other shipping methods are definitely possible, but please contact us first to discuss your needs. We can work with your choice of USPS, UPS or FedEx or setup basic shipping costs.  Complex shipping scenarios can be added on and will simply be billed on an hourly basis.
• Testing of functionality and payments.
• Newsletter setup and integration with both the site and e-commerce software.  Includes sign up form creation and site inclusion.
• Customized WooCommerce emails to match company branding/site design.
• Customized cart email text (if needed).
• Coupon discount setup (Up to 2 coupon codes initially)
• If you will need any other custom functionality for your shop now or in the future, please let us know before starting work so we can plan around your needs appropriately.
• Mobile friendly, responsive design.
• Up to ten pages of content (which includes a Contact Us page with customized contact form with Google Captcha).
• Custom home page with attractive presentation of products and/or categories, along with dynamic calls to action, contact information and any other desired content (within reason, but more complex work can be added on and billed hourly).
• Sticky header (if desired)
• Click to call links (if desired)
• Social media links (if desired)
• BONUS – Custom function, plugin integration or custom development – Up to 8 hours.
• Up to 40 stock photos (public domain) acquired and edited as needed.  Also happy to edit up to 40 photographs or products provided by you, the client.  Will provide template file for any future photos needed.  Additional product photo processing will be subject to hourly billing.
• 3 years of domain registration & advanced SSD web hosting (Includes SSL certificate).  This is cPanel based hosting, not managed WordPress hosting (which is much more limited).  Includes setup of domain & web hosting as well as up to 4 domain based email accounts. Also includes three years of daily backups and restoration services as well as security and uptime monitoring if needed.
• 1 year of customer service and tech support (as needed).  Edits, customizations and additional work can be billed on an hourly basis of $29 $44 per hour.
• Installation and base setup of SEO plugin along with business and product schema settings.
• Submission to major search engines.
• Installation and setup of numerous security measures.
• Installable backups of entire website as well as final file package with any related files used in project. Delivered via zip file but can be shipped in media of your choice for an additional fee.
• One on One dedicated customer support.  All design and development is completed by the owner, Tabitha Bingham, and is based in Youngstown, Ohio in the United States of America.  No offshoring ever.
• Complete handover of all files and hosting accounts.  This includes any and all content or templates created for you or used to support your project.  Everything belongs to you, forever.  The only thing you’ll ever need to pay for in the future is hosting & domain registration (after initial prepaid term of 3 years expires), and any credit card processing fees from your chosen payment provider.
• Any further work needed can simply be billed on a bi-weekly basis.  Our hourly billing is usually discounted and we bill in 15 minute increments.  Hourly billing falls under 1099 contracting.  Please contact us with any questions.
