Here’s what’s included in our Premium Website Package:

• Fully Customized WordPress Theme Design: We will create a professionally designed, mobile-responsive child theme that reflects your company’s brand identity and design preferences.  Your website will be completely unique and designed just for you. • Logo Design – If you are in need of a new or updated logo, we will design a logo for you after consultation, with multiple revisions included, to ensure the logo best reflects your company.
• Stock Photography & Page Content: We’ll source up to 30 high-quality stock images, up to 2 videos (if needed) and collaborate with you to create up to 15 pages of optimized website content.  Content writing is included if needed or we can proofread and edit your content as well.
• Essential Functionality & More:
  • Social media integration along with setup of 2 social media accounts if none exist, including matching graphics or headers.
  • Contact forms with Google Captcha and additional honeypot for security.  Form software can also be used to build custom forms with complex functions like calculations and conditionals.
  • SEO – More in depth SEO than our other packages, includes alt text, Google Schema, keyword optimization and content writing, setup or integration of Google Analytics, setup or integration with Google Business listings (where applicable), setup or integration with Bing Business listings (when applicable), xml sitemaps, FAQ and more.
  • Extra Gutenberg compatible blocks for enhanced page design.  Includes sliders, masonry galleries, CSS animations, dynamic content, and much more.
  • Comprehensive plugin package includes SEO, Security, Pagespeed optimization, Image optimization, File organization, advanced Forms, Site statistics (server based), Google Analytics, Custom login page & URL, site activity monitoring, email logs and more.
• Hosting & Domain: We’ll set you up with 3 years of advanced & reliable NVMe SSD hosting along with your domain name registration, SSL certificate, Litespeed cache, free monthly backups¹  and much more.
• Email Accounts: We’ll create up to 10 domain based email accounts or one catch-all account.  Unlimited email accounts can be setup later.
• Search Engine Submission: Your website will be submitted to the major search engines along with a compliant sitemap which automatically updates with any changes to your site.  If you are willing to share Google login details, we can setup Google Analytics for you.  If you don’t have a Google account, we can set one up for you.
• Ongoing Support: Your website is backed by a 3-year guarantee, including free monthly backups as well as free updates and fixes for any issues caused by WordPress core or plugin updates².  Any tech support or changes beyond that can be billed at our low hourly rate.
• One on One dedicated customer support.  All design and development is completed by the owner, Tabitha Bingham, and is based in Youngstown, Ohio in the United States of America.  No offshoring, outsourcing or subcontracting ever.
• Full Ownership & Training: At project completion, you’ll receive the site files, graphics files and a full backup, plus a walkthrough or personal training video on managing your new WordPress site along with written “How To’s” covering how to use your website.  All related accounts (such as hosting) will be completely turned over to you.

¹ – This is an account we will create for you, prepay for three years and hand over to you at project completion.  Once the three years is over, hosting and domain renewal will be your responsibility and will convert to standard pricing which is, as of 2024, $13.95 per year for .com registration (other domain extensions have different pricing) and $24.95 per month for hosting.

² – 3 Years of monthly backups, security monitoring and updates included.  If any issues arise from WordPress core or plugins we include, we will fix the issue.  If you add any other plugins or make any changes to the theme we create, issues are not included but we can still assist and bill hourly as needed.
