• 60 minutes of small fixes/changes per month. Development time can be rolled over for up to four months.

Ideal for business websites and basic WooCommerce stores

Includes everything in Basic, plus:

• Weekly WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates
• Daily off-site backups with 30-day retention
• Uptime monitoring
• Security installation (if needed) and monitoring.
• Advanced security monitoring and malware removal
• WooCommerce-specific updates and compatibility testing
• Speed optimization and performance tuning
• Google Analytics and Search Console setup/monitoring
• Monthly maintenance reports with backups, uptime monitoring, security, SEO and performance reports
• Priority email support with 24-hour response time
• 2 hours of website changes/fixes per month – Can include custom functions, plugin installations, edits, etc. Monthly hours can be rolled over for up to four months.

Premium Maintenance Plan: $349  $275/month

• Advanced WooCommerce maintenance & customization (product catalog monitoring, payment gateway validation, product configuration, shipping scenario changes, etc.) – additional WooCommerce maintenance, shop administration and customization services can be requested. Subject to 5 hour custom development limit per month.
• Database optimization and cleanup
• Dedicated staging environment for testing updates
• Proactive security hardening
• Monthly 30-minute consultation call.  Priority email support.
• 5 hours of website changes/development per month – Can include plugin installation, custom functions, product creation, content creation, etc. Monthly hours can be rolled over for up to four months.
